• Device information — device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting purposes.
• Enquiry data — when you submit a vendor enquiry via our Cognito Forms integration, your name and contact details are shared with the relevant vendor(s).
• Favourites — vendors you save are stored locally on your device via AsyncStorage and are not uploaded to our servers.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve Pocket Bash Kids. Specifically, we use your information to:

• Provide access to the app and manage your subscription status.
• Connect you with party vendors through enquiry forms.
• Send you important service-related communications (e.g. subscription confirmations).

Favourites you save are stored locally on your device only and are not transmitted to our servers. No security system is impenetrable — while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Pocket Bash Kids is a directory app for parents and guardians planning children's parties — it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

As a South African app, we comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). You have the right to:
